Think Bingo

Review

think bingoThink Bingo is a site that you may or may not have seen advertised on television. If you have, then you might already have an inkling of what to expect – a modern and attractive approach to the game which is designed to appeal to real life club players as well as the online bingo community. This ethos is apparent from the very beginning, with a brilliant home page designed in soft pastels and making use of a clever animated logo.

Navigating around the Think Bingo site is simplicity itself, thanks to a clear main menu of options that allow you to do everything from open a new account to contact the helpdesk. There is even an online forum – something fairly unique to online bingo sites, but extremely useful, as it provides a way for players to communicate with other players even when they are not online at the same time.

To open an account, simply click on the “Register” option on the main menu and you will be taken to a page requesting the relevant information – things like your name, address, e-mail, and so on. A separate page takes your credit card information for your first deposit. The whole account opening procedure takes just a few minutes (we did it in 90 seconds!).

Think Bingo reward loyal players – and those who recommend the site to their friends – with something call Think Points. These can be redeemed for actual bingo tickets, and the good news is that all new players get 1,000 Think Points automatically. This allows you to buy a few tickets without having to deposit a penny of your own money – a great idea that means you can try the site first to make sure you’re happy with it.

And will you be happy? The short answer is yes. The bingo games are focussed mainly on “BINGO pattern” play, which means that you win by making patterns such as a circle or a “Z” on the ticket. Tickets cost from 10p each and you can play up to two dozen tickets at a time. Auto daubing is essential if you want to do this without raising your blood pressure in a bad way, and so it’s good to know that Think Bingo have done exactly what it says on the tin and thoughtfully provided this feature! Numbers are called professionally by a very upbeat sounding chap, and when you win, you will be rewarded with a huge cheer – as well as the obvious cash prize!

There are four main chat rooms at Think Bingo, and all of them are as warm and friendly as you could want. The room hosts are extremely outgoing, and you will usually be greeted within 60 seconds of entering! Now that’s a nice feeling! Players here tend to be wonderfully chatty and offer their congratulations with impressive gusto whenever someone else wins. All of this makes the site a very nice place for socialising as you play.

The only notable thing lacking here are mini games. There are no slots or casino games to enjoy between bingo sessions. Fortunately, the chat is often so absorbing and the gap between games so brief that this is a very minor drawback. Overall, Think Bingo offers a great online experience which is highly recommended.
