If you already have an account with a Paddy Power site then you can use the same account with Paddy Power Bingo, otherwise you'll need to sign up from scratch. This is an easy process - just click on the JOIN NOW sign on the home page and follow the instructions, providing your name, address and other details as you are asked for them. There is no software to download here because the bingo takes place in a web browser window, so once you have some money in your account you're ready to start playing. The game here at Paddy Power Bingo is traditional 90 ball bingo. Each game offers three prizes - one for the first player to get a line, a bigger one for the first player to get two lines and the highest prize for the first person to get a "full house" by covering all of the numbers on a ticket. There are three bingo rooms, one for 10p tickets, one for 25p tickets and the Gold Room which costs more to play (tickets start at 50p) but boasts the highest prizes. Whichever Paddy Power Bingo room you choose to play in, the game layout is attractive and tidy. Game information (prize amounts, account balance, etc.) appears in a vertical rectangle on the left of your screen. The bingo cards occupy about half of the screen centrally, with a chat window underneath. A vertical panel is reserved for advertising and important announcements. One thing we love here is the ability to "zoom out" so that you can see more of your bingo cards at the same time. You may need to zoom back in to see specific numbers, but zooming out gives a great overview and it's a nice feature. Other options allow you to choose your daubing style and colour, have your tickets sorted, mute the caller (who is a very chirpy sounding Irish chap) and, as you would expect, to have your cards daubed automatically. Chat is very friendly and there are plenty of chat-based games that enhance the bingo experience, but if you fancy something completely different you can also play roulette, slot machines and other games - all are presented very stylishly and will amuse you for hours. With the Paddy Power brand being famous for bringing so many good thinks to online sports bettors and poker player, we had high expectations that it would do the same for online bingo players. Fortunately, we weren't at all disappointed, and would recommend Paddy Power Bingo to anyone who enjoys playing traditional 90 ball bingo. Play Now |
