Smash Bingo, what is it?

We often take a few minutes to take a look around the video sharing site YouTube for any recently launched advertising campaigns pertaining to the world of online bingo but on our most recent visit we came across a number of clips entitled ‘Smash Bingo’. Excitement raged at the thought of yet another new bingo site but this isn’t what the clip was about so, Smash Bingo, what is it? It’s not entirely clear when you actually watch the clip although Smash Bingo is most definitely an appropriate title for this ‘game’.

It appears in one clip that there is to be a full length feature of Smash Bingo, a full length feature of what is not apparent although it will be released Christmas 2009. Watching the clip it appears the Smash Bingo is all about, funnily enough, smashing things. However the clips do not show anyone winning any prizes for breaking a variety of household goods with a large, industrial type hammer.

Although plenty of fun seems to be had whilst participating in Smash Bingo we are at a loss to understand the concept and a quick search around the World Wide Web was fruitless.

Who knows, an online bingo operator may also stumble upon the clip as we did and decide to name a new bingo site Smash Bingo. Tombola Bingo might even take a look at create a new game at their innovative bingo site based on the concept of smashing items into little pieces in the name of online bingo fun.

We will keep an eye out for more information about Smash Bingo but for now, take a look at the fun had by all participants!
