The news of the move to Virtue Fusion broke last night by way of an email. Here's the most important details from said email:

We are pleased to announce that William Hill continues to improve its bingo offering with a full migration of Ruby Bingo to the Virtue Fusion network as of 2nd November 2010.(For those of you who don't know, William Hill are the big name brand behind Ruby Bingo; an acquisition that made a little while ago now.)

The migration to new software will bring eight new online bingo rooms and a much wider selection of sidegames.

Bingo games will be available around the clock, within more rooms and fantastic variety and specially planned monthly promotions. A fantastic New Player Bonus and regular bonus rewards will remain.
