Minxy Bingo TV advert

Only a couple of months ago Minxy Bingo launched a promotion to try and find the star of the Minxy Bingo TV advert and today the campaign goes live on our television screens. Any television marketing campaign to launch has a lot to live up to with competition our TV sets hotting up amongst internet bingo sites so does the Minxy Bingo TV advert match up to offerings such as that of Foxy Bingo?

The opening scene of the Minxy Bingo TV advert shows a rather shabbily dressed man entering a nightclub that is packed to the rafters with beautiful woman. It is quite clear that he is looking for someone specific but can’t help but check out the bevy of beauties waving wads of cash about; even the waitress passes him by with a tray laden with cash. It soon becomes apparent that this is an advert for Minxy Bingo when one of the many ladies sports a shoulder tattoo depicting the mascot of Minxy Bingo.

Eventually he finds who he is looking for, Jane, just as she screams “I’ve won”, he continues to call her name and then it becomes apparent that in her excitement at winning a game of online bingo the club was just a figment of her imagination. The viewer and Jane are then transported back to reality in the Minxy Bingo TV advert as her partner/boyfriend continues with “Jane, your mum is on the phone.”

The Minxy Bingo TV advert is not the most inspiring of the current online bingo offerings on our TV screens but it isn’t filled with bouncing bingo balls either so is in a different class to many we have seen so far.
