Mecca Bingo adverts

You may have seen adverts over the years on your small screens for the Mecca Bingo halls but soon end of November we should be seeing this bingo giant advertising their online bingo offering on our television sets. Virgin Bingo have recently launched their first ever television campaign and the Mecca Bingo adverts should be airing on a TV set by the end of November on ITV1 and 2.

Bingo halls up and down the country have been closing their doors of late but the world of online bingo goes from strength to strength and Mecca Bingo is one of the few names in the industry that offers both online and offline bingo. It’s surprising really that we haven’t seen a media campaign for their online bingo offering before now but with land based bingo suffering at the hands of the Government it was only to be expected that a bigger focus from Mecca Bingo was to shift to their online bingo sites.

Details have not been released as to the format of the soon to be released Mecca Bingo adverts but are we going to see the three customary props in the commercials that are usually seen when advertising online bingo? Will the Mecca Bingo adverts feature bingo balls, a laptop (or PC) and a person of the female gender? Let’s hope that the marketing team for Mecca Bingo can create something a bit less predictable; something that really captures the essence of the online bingo game that doesn’t show someone whooping or dancing around celebrating a win, after all, we aren’t all winners but we still love the game!
