Changes to Virtue Fusion sites

As an online bingo player, if you frequent some of the big names on the Virtue Fusion network, you many have noticed a change recently. We have received a couple of 'complaints' about the changes to Virtue Fusion sites and have bought these to the attention of the brands using the new system. Sites like Ladbrokes Bingo, bet365 Bingo and Virgin Bingo have a new system in place whereby if you have no money in your bingo account the cashier automatically opens.

Now whilst this may seem helpful to some, others have found it all a little confusing. The reason is that when the cashier opens at bet365 Bingo for example it states “You need to add funds to your Games/Bingo balance to use this product.” This implies that you cannot enter the bingo client unless you make a deposit. This is not the case for bet365 Bingo, there is a follow up sentence that gives you the option to return to the Bingo Lobby.

The issue arises with these brands simply because the option to get into the online bingo games is not clear enough, a link simply saying ‘Click Here’ is not enough and because the cashier has opened it is confusing, leading players to believe that unless they make a deposit they will not be able to access the bingo games.

At Ladbrokes Bingo the text showing states ‘You need to add funds to your Gaming Wallet to use this product’ but at the bottom there is a button that says “Return to Games”, clicking this will launch the bingo lobby.

At Virgin Bingo a pop up screen appears when you try to enter the bingo client with no funds in your account that states ‘Oops! Unfortunately you don't have enough money in your account to play this game.’ Yet there is no link to click to enter the bingo client.

This is something we feel that the online bingo brands who now have this set up available on their site need to address immediately!
