Burlesque Bingo

Burlesque, for those of you who don’t know, is a performance art, usually featuring adult entertainment (striptease) and comedy. In the world of online bingo the biggest demographic is women, this we all know and is quite obvious when you take a look at promotions, prizes and colour schemes adorning online bingo sites. Now here is a way that the industry may be able to attract more of the male gender through the virtual doors – Burlesque Bingo!

In America there are actually burlesque bingo nights and if you take a look around YouTube you can even find clips advertising this form of entertainment, striptease and bingo all on one night out! Now the question is, how do the operators incorporate this into a skin for the world of online bingo?

Well take a look at any of the sites powered by 888/Globalcom/Dragonfish, play in any of the rooms there and you will find animations on your bingo screens before most games. Why don’t they just change these animations from cutesie bunnies or animated old people on scooters and replace them with something a little more appealing for the men amongst us? Now we don’t want to see naked women on our bingo screens, it’s really not appropriate but if the world of online bingo want to entice the weaker sex through their virtual doors, why not offer up a little bit of eye candy?
