It has been reported that popular online bingo operator, Bingo Palace has been awarded an eGambling licence to operate with the bingo world’s chief software merchant, Parlay Entertainment Inc., by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission.
With the recent revision of the regulations surrounding the advertising and marketing of online bingo products, the news confirms that Bingo Palace now has a full licence to promote their services within the UK, and can directly offer their online members complete confidence and reassurance that they are visiting an Internet based bingo site that is securely protected by the consistent and trusted jurisdiction of Alderney.
Parlay are thought to power the sites of more online bingo operators than any other software provider, and in order to be granted the licence were required to substantiate that it was able to meet the terms of the stringent operating regulations demanded by Alderney.
The agreement is further confirmation of the high-ranking position held by Parlay in the online gaming software industry with many major bingo operators employing their software. Parlays’ extensive client portfolio includes the illustrious St Miniver bingo sites, which incorporate Littlewoods’ Bingo, Virgin Bingo and recent addition Chit Chat Bingo.
Parlay have now completed in excess of 50 direct license deals and have recently announced that in addition to launching their Bingo Nexus Brand (in conjunction with Chartwell Technology), they intend to exhibit their brand new software - Parlay 5, during the 3rd Annual Online Bingo Summit which is set to take place in London from 17-18 June 2008.
