Bingo Lotto

Back in February 2008 there was a pilot show for a TV bingo game called Bingo Lotto and this Sunday Bingo Lotto starts a series on bingo games on Virgin channels. Since Bingo Night Live ceased airing we haven’t really seen a similar format on our television screens but Bingo Lotto is set to change all that this Sunday night.

To participate in the live bingo game called Bingo Lotto you just need to head to your local Tesco store and purchase a £2 game card. This game card for Bingo Lotto will enable you to play along for three games in the hour long show and the prizes on offer for this bingo game are pretty impressive.

The prizes on offer for Bingo Lotto this Sunday include:

• Up to 9 Volvo C70 convertibles
• Up to 9 luxury holidays to Florida or the Caribbean
• Up to 30 trips for two to New York with £500 in spending money

And those are just the most costly of prizes, there are hundreds of others on offer including Tesco vouchers, MP3’s, mountain bikes and much more besides.

Bingo Lotto will air on Sunday nights with the inaugural show on 13th September starting at 7pm; you can play along on Freeview channel 20, Virgin Media channel 119 or Sky channel 121 and your host will be none other than Ulrika Jonsson. The mascot for this new TV Bingo game is aptly named Mr Bing and he even has his own profile on Facebook.

Bingo Lotto could be the next big thing when it comes to TV Bingo and with 40p from the sale price of every single ticket going to wide range of UK charities it could become as big as the National Lottery.

We had previously mentioned the launch of Tesco Bingo, maybe Bingo Lotto is their way of getting into the online bingo screen. It will be interesting to see if Bingo Lotto is around longer than Bingo Night Live.
